of Synthetic Fiber Air Filter Cotton
The spraying booth filter
cotton has various types and it generally means air filter cotton. This filter cotton can be divided into four types according to its
materials: Synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven cotton filters, glass fiber
filter cotton and activated carbon filter cotton. It is widely used in
industries like automobile manufacturing repair industry, furniture
manufacturing, industrial coating equipment, hi-tech electronics, military and
aerospace.

Features
of Spraying Booth Filter Cotton
Ceiling
filter
The
ceiling filter is mainly used in surface spray-paint industry, especially for
final filtration in spray booth. The synthetic fiber air filter cotton is
processed by high powered nonwovens of anti broken synthetic fiber. Due to the
complete penetration of viscosity in media, dust particles cannot pass. To
achieve the best spray results, the fully filtered air evenly spreads to form a
laminar flow state.
Fiberglass
filter
The
fiberglass filter is composed of continuous monofilament fiberglass and it is
progressively encrypted from the inlet side to the outlet side in fluffy state.
The spraying booth filter cotton is used for heat recovery system. The inlet
side is green and outlet side is white. Its good compressible properties can
ensure its stability and strong nature. The filter media can store mist and
dust.
Activated
carbon filter
The
filter bag is composed by high-adsorption activated carbon fiber and filter
media which has high fine surface adsorption ability. The spraying booth filter
cotton can get rid of the odor, sulfur dioxide and other volatile organic
pollutants in the air effectively.
